The project is situated at the heart of the community, on a site once defined by dense, continuous traditional fabric that was later lost through a cleanup program.

The design seeks to restore the spatial boundaries of the old settlement and reintroduce the sense of enclosure that once characterized it.

All activities are organized within a new interior landscape, echoing the role of the traditional inner courtyard as a protected communal core.
