The project’s location played a decisive role in shaping the design concept, positioned as it is overlooking a major new city landmark—the recently redeveloped urban square of the old GSP stadium.

The building’s oval form enters into direct dialogue with the fluid geometries of the new park. From the outset, the design process placed strong emphasis on environmental performance, energy efficiency, and sustainability, leading to the development of an intelligent, responsive façade that mediates between the building and its surroundings.

This dynamic envelope acts as an interactive skin, offering solar protection, privacy, and a constantly shifting relationship with light and views.
