This high‑end office building, located in Nicosia’s ΠΕΧ Ayios Andreas area, was originally conceived as a residential development. After being acquired by a law firm, the project underwent a complete redesign to meet the needs of a contemporary professional environment. The transformation required a rethinking of spatial organization, façade expression, and circulation, shifting the building’s character from private domesticity to a clear, confident corporate presence.

The resulting structure expresses precision and restraint. Its sculpted form, controlled openings, and layered façade elements create a sense of privacy and authority appropriate for a legal practice, while still allowing natural light to animate the interior workspaces.

The entrance sequence and vertical circulation were reconfigured to support a coherent flow between public reception areas, meeting rooms, and private offices.

The architectural language balances solidity and transparency, projecting both professionalism and modernity within its urban context.
