This residential intervention, totaling 10,050 m², is situated in the Gladstone neighborhood and is conceived as a cohesive yet diverse living environment. The development comprises six blocks of full‑floor apartments, each ranging from 210 m² to 270 m², offering generous layouts and a strong sense of privacy. Complementing these are four independent houses, creating a balanced mix of collective and individual living typologies within the same masterplan.

The project integrates a series of high‑end amenities, including private swimming pools for the residences, as well as a shared spa facility and gym that anchor the communal experience. 5,535 m² are dedicated to parking and service areas, ensuring efficient circulation and discreet support infrastructure for the entire development.
